Legend has it BrisbaneMusic.tumblr spends each and every day beating the streets of our fine city in search of every last band/gig poster that has been sticky-taped, Blu-Tac’d, stapled or glued up anywhere in Brisbane, whether it be a broken glass-filled carpark in West End, a magpie deathzone telephone pole in New Farm, or a public urinal filled with syringes in The Valley, they’re out there, day in day out, like solider ants, bringing back sugar for their queen - the sugar being live music info, the queen being you, Brisbane. They’re out there no matter what, in the heat and in the rain and in the snow, so that you and I don’t have to be. Because let’s face it, how else are we going to find out who’s playing this weekend in Brisbane??
